Hi, I’m Kaitlyn

Women’s Health Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist Candidate (CNS) with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. I utilize a personalized and evidence-based approach to nutrition and create practical protocols based on each client’s unique needs. I believe in treating the whole body rather than treating individual symptoms to help you feel your best. 

I work with women struggling with disordered eating and body image, hormone dysregulation including PCOS, blood sugar imbalances, menstrual cycle irregularities, thyroid disorders, and burnout/ fatigue.

My goal is to help you nourish your body without obsession and reconnect with your body to trust your body's innate wisdom.
